OMNI has purchased a portfolio of alarm monitoring accounts from another Houston area company, Alt Security Systems. Alt Security has provided alarm monitoring services in the Houston market for thirty years. The accounts consisted of mostly commercial fire and security systems. This strengthens OMNI’s position as a leader in the alarm industry in the Houston, Tx market.
While owner Greg Alt is moving on with other career interests, he will remain active in the alarm industry for a period of about a year and assist his former clients in the transition. Alt’s lead installer, Gary Murphy, has decided to join OMNI and will be taking over the running of the fire alarm inspection department.
The deal was financed by Texas based Frost Bank.
